Dosage:

Selinexor has to take orally 60mg (20mg X 3 tablets) once or twice weekly until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
Follow your doctor’s instructions on how to take this medication by mouth, usually once or twice a week. Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not split, chew, break, or crush the tablets. Drink a lot of fluids while you are taking this medication unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
If you throw up after taking a dose of the medication, do not take another dose. Take the next dose of your medication at the usual time.
The amount of medication you take depends on your medical condition, lab tests, and how you respond to treatment.
