Neratinib, a type of anti-cancer drug that blocks tyrosine kinase enzymes. It is used to treat breast cancer. Diarrhea is the most common side effect and it happens to almost all patients.

Dosage:

Neratinib has to take orally once a day with food.

This medicine may not work as well if you use medicines that lower or stop stomach acid (such as PPIs, H2 blockers, antacids). Do not use PPIs (such as omeprazole, lansoprazole) with this medicine. If you use an antacid, use it at least 3 hours before using this medicineIf you take an H2 blocker (such as famotidine or ranitidine), wait at least 10 hours before or after taking this medication.Do not eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice with this medicine unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you it is safe.
