Dosage:

Sotorasib has to take orally 960 mg (eight 120 mg tablets) orally once daily with or without food.

If you find it difficult to swallow the tablet whole, place it in a cup with half a glass of room temperature non-carbonated water (4 ounces/120 milliliters). Stir or spin the cup for about 3 minutes, or until the tablet has broken up into little pieces. The pill will not entirely dissolve. It is not necessary to crush the pill or boil the water. Drink the entire combination immediately or within 2 hours, without chewing. To ensure that you have consumed all of the medication, rinse the cup with half a glass of water (4 ounces/120 milliliters) and drink the water. If you are not drinking the combination right away, give it another stir before drinking.
The amount of medication you take depends on your medical condition and how you respond to treatment. Take no more or less of this drug than is prescribed. Your condition will not get better faster, and you may have more side effects.
Do not take another dose if you vomit after taking one. Wait until your next scheduled dose.
